STRATCOM YOUTH 2022

The International Young Communicators Forum was held in Antalya between May 6-11 in order to improve the theoretical and practical knowledge of university students who want to specialize in the field of communication and to bring the communicators of the future together with experts in their field.

More than 100 communication faculty students from 42 universities in 13 countries participated in the forum organized The Directorate of Communications and the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Antalya.

During the event, trainings and workshops were organized on more than 20 topics such as strategic communication, public diplomacy, countering disinformation, digital media, crisis communication, public relations and journalism. The forum also provided career planning trainings to prepare the participating students for business life. At the end of the six-day program, students received certificates of participation.

Stratcom Youth, which brought young communicators together in Antalya, was also a platform for cultural activities. Within the scope of the program, participating students had the opportunity to visit many cultural spots, especially Kaleiçi, Yivli Minaret, Şehzade Korkut Mosque and Marina.
